NFPA 434, Code for the Storage of Pesticides, 2002 edition gives general requirements for the storage of pesticides. It applies to:Restricted use pesticides, which are required by the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 40 CFR, Part 152.175, to bear the human signal word "Danger"Those restricted-use pesticides, which when evaluated against NFPA 704: Standard System for the Identification of the Hazards of Materials for Emergency Response, (Health Hazard Warning Determination), are determined to be rated as "3" or "4."
